Become an ESTEEM Site

Interested?

Campus ministries, university parishes, and other communities interested in becoming an ESTEEM site can complete our application form and schedule a conversation with our National Coordinator (to do so, email info@esteemlead.org). 

Our Process for Partnering with a Site

Mutual Discernment Conversation Scheduled with National Coordinator

Application Form Completed

Project Coordinator pairs new site leader with a current site leader (as a “mentor site”) to answer questions and develop a plan for the first year

Project Coordinator works with site leader to issue invoice and talk through their plan for the year

Expectations

What can an ESTEEM site expect?
  • Continued support on all matters related to their implementation of ESTEEM
  • Ongoing consultation, advocacy, and support
  • Connection to a network of ministers in monthly site calls
  • Resources and materials, including but not limited to:
    • Updated and current sessions and site materials
    • Resources for mentors and mentee
    • Certificates of completion
  • Coordination of the Capstone Conference, including covered cost of accommodation
What is expected of ESTEEM sites?
  • Establishment of ESTEEM cohort, including selection of students and organized, frequent meetings
  • Matching students with local mentors
  • Establishing a sense of commitment to ESTEEM amongst cohort members
  • Attendance and participation in monthly site leader calls
  • Coordinating Capstone Conference attendees and providing all necessary information for bookings
  • Record-keeping for the transition from current students to alumni
