ESTEEM is a leadership formation program for Roman Catholic young adults on college campuses, focused on preparing young adults to be engaged leaders in faith communities after graduation.
The ESTEEM program was founded as a partnership between Leadership Roundtable and Saint Thomas More Catholic Chapel
and Center at Yale University to develop the next generation of Catholic leaders to serve in these roles.
The ESTEEM program trains, encourages, and supports young adults at colleges and universities across the United States in their baptismal call to
use their gifts and talents in service to the Church.
The ESTEEM program is partnered with several great organizations that assist in our mission. Click below to see our list of partners and how you can get involved.
There are different kinds of spiritual gifts but the same Spirit; there are different forms of service but the same Lord;
there are different workings but the same God who produces all of them in everyone.
