What We Do
Young Professionals Pilot Program 2024-2025
ESTEEM is coordinating a cohort of young adult professionals from across the country to pilot an experience of the ESTEEM program.
This pilot will allow young adults – who did not experience ESTEEM during their college years, but are currently involved in parish life and leadership – to benefit from the formation that the program provides.
The cohort will meet monthly in a virtual format, running from September 2024-May 2025.
ESTEEM will provide:
- Programmatic content, resources, and materials;
- Monthly sessions, facilitated by national experts;
- Hospitality for all participants;
- A small stipend to all participants upon completion of the pilot program
Participants will be expected to engage each month in the virtual meeting experience, and provide written feedback on the pilot program.
How To Participate:
Applications are open to those who meet the following criteria:
- Post-collegiate young adults (ages 22-35)
- Did not experience the ESTEEM program previously
- Currently in parish leadership of some kind (e.g. parish council, ministry committee, etc.)
The cohort will be capped at 10 members.
